Kano ,The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) Kano State Chapter on Thursday lauded Governor Abba Yusuf for setting up an elders consultative forum.
This is contained in a statement issued by Chairman Aliyu Yusuf and made available to News men in Kano .
The Institute noted that the move is pragmatic and strategic towards all inclusive administration aimed at ensuring harmony within the state, believing that other states will follow suit.
Yusuf noted that such victory from the Apex Court has proven that the election of Governor Abba Yusuf was a credible one.
Urging the Governor Yusuf to continue with his infrastructural development for the all political growth.
It also lauded Director General Media and Publicity Mr Bature Dawakin Tofa for demonstrating high sense of professionalism before and during the courts proceedings, urging him to sustain the tempo in the discharge of his responsibilities.
It however, appealed to the Governor to device means of ensuring the registration of spokespersons across all Ministries, Departments and Agencies with the institute, so as to make them certified Public Relations (PR) practitioners ,thereby preventing them from apprehension as quacks.
