10 Senate ,Group endorses Sen.Jibri Baraau as Senate President

Kano, The All Progressive Congress ( APC ) National Supporters Center on Sunday urged the leadership of the party to consider senator Barau Jibril as the next Senate president of the 10th Senate.
This is contained in a statement issued by Aliyu Aliyu , State Coordinator and Senior Special Assistant to Governor on Emirate Council on Sunday in Kano .
The Group argued that his widespread acceptance, pragmatic leadership skills have made him the best to be considered as the next Senate president.
Accordingly his perfection to duty especially as Chairman Senate committee on appropriation defined his competency.
North West support for APC especially Kano that produced about two million votes in 2015,over a million votes in 2019 and five hundred and thirteen thousand votes this year need to be considered by the party’s leadership in the incoming administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Group advice APC and the president elect not to neglect Kano by doing so it can jeopardize the party chances in the future.
It called on senators to support Barau Jibirin in his effort to bring about purposeful leadership.
Under the current administration of President Buhari Lagos alone got vice president, speaker House of Representatives and National leader of the party.
Accordingly the Group will organize a peaceful two million man march in support of Barau Jibirin in Kano state as he is the only Candidate that win thirteen local Governments of his senatorial zone.
Democracy is the Government of the people by the people to the people.
