Sokoto, – The Sokoto State Governor’s wife, Dr. Fatima Ahmed Aliyu, has received Mrs. Kikelomo Adeniyi, wife of the Comptroller-General of Customs and COWA President, on a courtesy visit aimed at empowering the local community.
The visit included a tree-planting exercise, empowerment program, and the commissioning of the new COWA office in the state.
Dr. Fatima commended Mrs. Adeniyi’s initiatives, assuring her of the state’s full support for the projects.
She noted that COWA’s activities align with the state’s efforts to improve the living conditions of its people.
The two leaders exchanged gifts and souvenirs as a token of goodwill and appreciation.
