Former Senate President David Mark Mourns Passing of Renowned Jurist Justice Ogbogo Elijah Ejembi

Former Senate President David Mark has expressed his sadness over the passing of Justice Ogbogo Elijah Ejembi, a respected jurist and retired Judge of the Benue State High Court.

Justice Ejembi died after a brief illness at the Zenith Medical and Kidney Centre in Gudu, Abuja.

His younger brother, Barr Aba Ejembi, confirmed the sad news, stating that Justice Ejembi “has gone to be with the Lord”.

Mark described his death as a great lost not to immediate family but to the entire Nation.

According to the Family His final internment will be at the family compound in Adankari, Otukpo Local Government Area, on May 2, 2025.
