Kano, The Emir of Kano Malam Mohammad Sunusi II on Tuesday approved the appointment of Alhaji Mannir Sunusi as the new Galadiman of Kano.
This is contained in a statement issued by Head of Press and Media, Kano Emirate Council, Saddam Nasir Na”ando on Tuesday in Kano.
Similarly Emir Sunusi has also approved the elevations of Alhaji Kabiru Tijjani Hashim has been to Wamban Kano.
Other appointments include
” Alhaji Mahmoud Ado Bayero promoted from Tafidan Kano to Turakin Kano and
Adam Sanus promoted to Tafidan Kano and Ahmed Abbas Sanusi promoted to Yariman Kano.
The statement noted that these appointments take immediate effect, as part of the Kano Emirate Council’s efforts to strengthen traditional leadership and preserve cultural heritage.
