Osogbo, Nov. 1, 2026 , High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has donated 30 campaign vehicles and other materials to the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement as political leaders in Osun rallied support for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.

The gathering brought together representatives of Gov. Ademola Adeleke and the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, with calls to mobilise between 1.5 million and two million votes for the President.

Speaking through the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Chief Kestin Pondi, Tompolo urged Osun residents to deliver at least 90 per cent of votes cast in the presidential election to Tinubu.

He attributed increased revenue available to state governments to the President’s economic reforms, saying the measures had strengthened their capacity to pay salaries and pensions and execute infrastructure projects.

“Most people would have started their reforms in their second term, but he did start his reforms in the first term,” he said, arguing that Tinubu deserved another term to consolidate his administration’s programmes.

Adeleke, represented by his deputy, Kola Adewusi, described the gathering as evidence of cooperation across party lines in support of the President.

He commended Tompolo for the initiative and urged coalition members to put aside previous political disagreements as they took their mobilisation to communities across Osun.

“All coalition partners have a duty to overlook all previous relationship antagonism and join hands to deliver between 1.5 to 2 million votes for Mr. President,” Adeleke said.

The governor clarified that the coalition’s partnership was centred on the presidential election.

Oyetola, represented by Munirudeen Oyebamiji, also backed the mobilisation drive, saying support for Tinubu’s re-election was extending beyond the APC’s traditional political base.

He urged supporters across the South-West to translate their endorsements into votes at polling units.

“Our strength must be reflected not just in a political declaration, but in votes that we cast in all our polling units,” he said.

Earlier, the National Coordinator of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, Sunday Asuku, called for widespread grassroots participation in the movement’s campaign for Tinubu’s return in 2027.
