Kano, Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has congratulated the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kano State, Umar Haruna Doguwa, on his appointment as Deputy National Chairman of the APC Chairmen’s Forum and Chairman of the APC North-West Chairmen’s Forum.
This was contained in a statement issued by the governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa.
Yusuf described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Doguwa’s commitment, leadership qualities, and years of service to democracy and political development in Kano State and Nigeria.
The governor expressed confidence that Doguwa’s experience and capacity would contribute to strengthening the APC Chairmen’s Forum and promoting unity, cooperation, and effective party administration nationwide.
Yusuf wished Doguwa wisdom, good health, and Allah’s guidance in discharging his new responsibilities.
