KHAIRUN University Receives Operational License

The family of the late founder of Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University (KHAIRUN), led by Alhaji Anwar Isyaku Rabiu, has expressed delight over the National Universities Commission’s (NUC) approval of a full operational license for the university.
Speaking during the presentation ceremony, Alhaji Rabiu attributed the achievement to the commitment and determination of the university’s management and governing council.

- Commitment to Excellence: Alhaji Rabiu assured the NUC team that the university would continue to provide necessary support and cooperation to improve teaching and learning nationwide.
- Leadership Praise: The Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Professor Sani Zahradeen, praised the late founder’s legacy and charged staff to strive for excellence.
- Governing Council’s Role: Chairman Professor Kabiru Isyaku expressed gratitude to the NUC and all contributors, emphasizing the need for collective effort to sustain the university’s progress.
- Vice Chancellor’s Remarks: Professor Abdulrashid Garba highlighted the significance of teamwork and dedication in achieving the operational license, thanking the Board of Trustees, Governing Council, and management staff.
The ceremony included the presentation of the certificate, a posthumous prayer for the late founder, and a group photograph.
