KNSG Commerces Distribution of Admission Letters

The Kano State Government has commenced distribution of admission letters to students entering senior secondary schools in the state. 

This initiative is part of the government’s commitment to providing free and quality education, as well as mobilizing community support.

 The distribution ceremony was flagged off at Maryam Aloma Girls’ Secondary School in Kano.

The government has approved the recruitment of new mathematics teachers to address shortages in senior secondary schools.

Kano State emerged as the top state in the 2025 NECO examinations, attributed to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s prioritization of education.

The government has shown commitment to providing resources for education development.

 Commissioner for Education, Dr. Ali Haruna Makoda, urged parents to complement government efforts by sending their children to school.

The Executive Secretary of the Kano State Senior Secondary Schools Management Board emphasized the need for greater cooperation between education agencies to ensure a smooth transition for students.
