Kano Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State has reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to promoting social inclusion and women’s participation in governance, commemorating International Women’s Day 2025.
This is contained in a statement issued by his spokesperson Sunusi Dawakin Tofa in Kano on Saturday.
Governor Yusuf emphasized that his government is implementing policies to empower women in leadership, business, and other economic sectors.
He acknowledged women’s vital role in nation-building and assured that his administration will continue creating opportunities for meaningful contributions to governance and development in Kano State.
