Abuja, Oct. 7, 2026 ,The Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Sen. Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar, on Tuesday hosted 31 State House of Assembly Speakers in a solidarity visit aimed at consolidating support for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.
The delegation, led by the Chairman of the APC Speakers Forum and Speaker of the Jigawa State House of Assembly, Haruna Aliyu Dangyatin, met with Sen. Yari at the PCC Headquarters in Abuja to strategise on grassroots mobilisation and national unity ahead of the 2027 general elections.
In a statement issued by Al’mansoor Gusau, Director of Media to Sen. Yari, Sen. Yari commended the speakers for their crucial role in governance and charged them to champion the administration’s transformative agenda in their respective states.
According to the statement, Yari cited President Tinubu’s bold reforms in infrastructure, security, agriculture and economic growth as foundations for a more prosperous Nigeria.
In his response, Dangyatin lauded Sen. Yari’s strategic leadership in unifying party structures nationwide and pledged the absolute loyalty of the 31 speakers to mobilise grassroots support for President Tinubu and the APC’s victory in 2027.
