Kano Environment Commissioner Urges Teamwork for Accelerated Development

Kano State Commissioner for Environment and Climate Change, Dr. Dahiru Muhammad Hashim, has emphasized the importance of teamwork and efficient strategies to achieve a cleaner and tidier state.

During his first visit to the Refuse and Management Sanitation Board (Remasab) after being sworn in, Dr. Hashim stressed that the present administration is committed to the environment sector, recognizing its direct impact on the populace and daily activities.

He assured the board of government support, including the procurement of additional tools to enhance operational activities. 

Dr. Hashim also pledged to investigate and resolve the issue of outstanding allowances for casual staff.

The Deputy Managing Director of Remasab, Lamin Muktar Hassan, appreciated the Commissioner’s visit and solicited government intervention to address pressing operational challenges.
