Kano, The Police Command in Kano State has successfully rescued three kidnapped victims and recovered exhibits in two separate operations.
This is contained in a statement by the command’s spokesperson, SP Abdullahi Kiyawa in Kano on Friday.
Kiyawa said that the command’s Anti-Kidnapping Squad, in conjunction with other units, conducted the operations in Kaduna State, where the victims were being held.
He explained that already,
the rescued victims had been reunited with their families and were receiving medical attention.
The state Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Bakori, has directed that the victims receive immediate medical attention and assured that the suspects would be apprehended and brought to justice.
The command commended the officers involved in the operations and appreciated the public for their support, urging the citizens to continue reporting suspicious activities promptly.
