Resumption

The Kano State Ministry of Education has announced the resumption dates for primary and post-primary schools following the Eid-El Kabeer break.
The announcement was made in a statement signed by Balarabe Abdullahi Kiru, Director Public Enlightenment, Ministry of Education, Kano State.
Boarding Schools*: Sunday, June 15, 2025
Day Schools*: Monday, June 16, 2025
Parents and guardians are advised to take note of the resumption dates to ensure their wards comply. Defaulting students and pupils will face disciplinary action.
The Commissioner of Education, Dr. Ali Haruna Makoda, emphasized the ministry’s commitment to ensuring staff punctuality and efficiency through intensive routine monitoring exercises.
Dr. Makoda also wished teachers, students, and pupils a successful completion of the third term academic session.
