Governor Yusuf Mourns Passing of Rogo Political Leader, Zoza

Kano, Gov. Abba Kabir Yusuf, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of a prominent political leader in Rogo Local Government Area, Alhaji Ibrahim Haruna Zoza, who died aged 68.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mustapha Muhammad.
The Governor described the late Zoza as a committed grassroots politician, respected community leader, and a man who dedicated his life to the service of his people and the advancement of democratic values.
Governor Yusuf noted that the death of Alhaji Ibrahim Haruna Zoza is a great loss not only to the people of Rogo but to Kano State as a whole, considering his immense contributions to political development and community cohesion, especially when he served as a councillor in the old Gwarzo Local Government about 40 years ago.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings, grant him Aljannatul Firdaus, and give his family, associates, and the people of Rogo the strength to bear the loss.
The late Alhaji Ibrahim Haruna Zoza is survived by three wives, 21 children, and 31 grandchildren. He was buried according to Islamic rites in Rogo Local Government Area.
