Police decorate 29 officers with new ranks in Kano

Kano, The Police Command in Kano State has decorated 29 officers with their new ranks during a ceremony held at the Command Headquarters.
The Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Bakori, urged the newly promoted officers to maintain integrity, discipline, and selfless service, noting that their promotions came with greater responsibilities.
The promoted officers included two Assistant Commissioners of Police, 21 Chief Superintendents of Police, and 6 Superintendents of Police.
Bakori charged the officers to demonstrate exceptional leadership and accountability in addressing security challenges facing the nation.
The News Agency of Nigeria ( NAN) reports that the ceremony was attended by senior officers, invited guests, members of the press, and family members of the honourees.
