The Nigerian Association of Small Scale Industrialists (NASSI), Kano Chapter, has commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing Engr. Ramat Garba Abdullahi as Chairman of the National Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).

expressed confidence that Abdullahi’s leadership would improve consumer protection, transparent tariff regulation, and power availability for small and medium enterprises.
The association has called on the National Assembly to speedily confirm Abdullahi’s appointment, saying it aligns with President Tinubu’s vision.
Engr. Ramat Garba Abdullahi is a symbol of technical excellence, administrative discipline, and patriotic service, with decades of experience in Nigeria’s energy sector.
He is known for transparency, understanding of electricity regulation, and pursuit of efficiency and fairness.
