Yusuf appoints 11 new special advisers to strengthen governance

Kano,  Gov Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has appointed 11 new Special Advisers to deepen reforms and improve service delivery across critical sectors. 

The appointees, from diverse professional backgrounds, are expected to support the administration’s policies and programs.

This is contained in a statement issued by his spokesperson Sunusi Dawakin-Tofa in Kano on Monday.

The new Special Advisers are Prof. Abba Garba Gaya  Agriculture (Crop Production/Extension Service), Dr. Tukur Dayyabu Minjibir – General Agricultural Inputs,Yusuf Ibrahim Sharada – Digital Economy and Aminu Salihu Kunchi – Private and Voluntary Schools.

Others are  CP Kabiru Gwarzo (Rtd.) – Special Assignments , Kabiru Getso Haruna,Employment and Hajiya Bilkisu Yakubu Indabo Enlightenment and Social Mobilisation.

Tijjani Hussaini Gandu – Culture and Entertainments,

Ibrahim Ibrahim Sisi – Infrastructure, SP Bala Shehu Muhammad (Rtd.) – Special Services (Government House) and  Sale Musa Sa’ad – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The appointments aim to deliver tangible results and ensure effective governance in Kano State.
