Sen. Musa mourns ex-President Buhari

Kano, Sen. Sani Musa, ( APC Niger-East), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance, has expressed profound grief and shock over the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
This is contained in a statement he issued to newsmen in Kano on Sunday.
Musa described Buhari as a great leader who leveraged his vast experience to serve the nation.
He remembered Buhari as a paragon of patriotism, whose life exemplified good works.
Notably, Musa highlighted Buhari’s efforts in instilling discipline during his military era and praised his humility and dedication to public service, saying that he lived a modest life.
Musa mourned the death of Buhari, describing him as a patriot, bridge-builder, and exceptional public servant.
He praised Buhari’s meritorious service as both military Head of State and president for two terms.
The lawmaker remembered Buhari as an honest and trustworthy leader who left a legacy of integrity.
Musa said, “Buhari’s life was widely regarded as exemplary and worthy of emulation, and his efforts to combat corruption had a lasting impact on Nigeria.
“May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus.”
