Sen.Musa Urges Muslims to Pray for Unity and Progress in Nigeria

Senator Sani Musa,( APC Niger) Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance, has called on the Muslim community to utilize the holy month of Ramadan to pray for a more united and progressive Nigeria. 

In a statement issued in Kano on Sunday, Sen.Musa emphasized the importance of strengthening faith, engaging in worship, and extending generosity to the less privileged during this sacred time.

Musa reminded Nigerians that Islam is a religion of peace and understanding, encouraging citizens to use this period to foster unity, regardless of religious differences. 

He prayed that Ramadan would be a time of renewal, forgiveness, and reflection, leading to a renewed commitment to serving one another and the nation.

Musa extended his heartfelt greetings to the Muslim community and all Nigerians, highlighting the values of Ramadan, which include kindness, charity, and togetherness. 

He encouraged Nigerians to reaffirm their commitment to uplifting those in need, fostering compassion, and building bridges of understanding within their communities.

The Senator also urged Nigerians to pray for peace, progress, and the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, which is committed to improving the welfare of citizens. 

I called on Nigerians irrespective of religion and political affiliations pray for the leaders to pave way for good democratic governance.
