Emir Sanusi Felicitates with Christians on Christmas,

Kano,   The 16th Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, on Wednesday  congratulated  Christians in Kano State on the occasion of the 2024 Christmas celebration. 

In a goodwill message, the monarch emphasized the importance of peaceful coexistence among residents, regardless of their religious affiliations.

Emir Sanusi stressed that religious differences should not be a source of conflict, citing the Holy Quran’s teachings on peaceful coexistence.

He urged Christians and Muslims to live in harmony, allowing each individual to practice their faith without hindrance.

Emir Sanusi called on residents to embrace peaceful coexistence for the development of the state and the country.

He emphasized the importance of mutual respect among residents, regardless of their religious affiliations.

The Emir stressed that religious differences should not be used to cause misunderstanding or crisis.

He noted that peaceful coexistence is essential for the progress and development of the state.
