The Emir of Rano, Ambassador Muhammad Umar, has appealed to Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf to revoke the contract for the 5km road project in Rano due to the current contractor’s inability to execute the project effectively.
Emir Umar cited the project’s importance to the people of Rano and requested reassignment to a more capable contractor for speedy completion.
Additionally, he highlighted the need for a lasting solution to the area’s water scarcity issue.
