Sen. Abdul Ningi, PDP  Bauchi North, on Monday emphasized the need for Northern Nigeria to seek the input and guidance of Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II to address the region’s numerous challenges.

Speaking while receiving the Emir on a condolence visit at the Palace of late Emir of Ningi, Alhaji Inusa Muhammad Danyaya, Ningi praised the Emir as a “beacon of hope” and “epitome of knowledge” who should be a rallying point for the region.

He commended the Emir’s leadership style, which prioritizes the welfare of the common man, and his contributions to the upliftment of all tribes and ethnic nationalities in Nigeria.

Sen. Ningi stressed that Northern Nigeria is facing significant challenges and needs urgent cooperation and unity among its citizens to overcome them.

He urged the region to put aside blame games and accusations and come together to find solutions.

“We need everybody, regardless of tribe, religion, or political affiliation, to work together to salvage the region and make it a better place,” the Senator emphasized.
