The Chairman New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, Kano Chapter, Hashimu Dungurawa, has described the National Chairman of APC, Dr Umar Abdullahi Ganduje, remarks on the State Scholarship scheme sending over one thousand to foreign Countries as “fake and means to siphoned money”, rather unfortunate and attempt to blackmail the Government.
Hashimu Dungurawa, said, “this remarks coming from a PhD holder and somebody who claimed to be a technocrat, clearly defined him as somebody who lost touch to Academia and a busy body”.
Dungurawa notes in dismayed that, “for Ganduje to say that what our government did was an arranged and fake program because to him most Universities in Nigeria are per better than those we send our Children, than one will begins to have doubt on his Academic qualifications and his socalled vast experience on Education”.
The National Chairman of the APC, had said in an interview with a local Radio Station monitored in that, “sending Students Foreign Countries is a lie and nothing but concoction and a means to siphoned Public Treasury”.
Former Governor Umar Abdullahi Ganduje said this in response to the Foreign Scholarships of the NNPP government, insisting that the idea was nothing but waste of public Treasury and a means to enrich oneself”
Ganduje added that their calculation clearly shows that the Money that would be spend on a single Student is more than enough to cater for over 50 Students studying in Nigeria”
However to the State Chairman of the NNPP, Ganduje calculation was that of a Primary School Pupil, “in fact a Primary School Pupil is far better, I wonder when did Ganduje becomes a Mathematician, that he will talk about calculation?
