Saudi catering company Hussam Al-maali honours DG Kano pilgrims board

Saudi food vendor Hussam Al-maali catering company has honoured the Director General of Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board Alhaji Laminu Rabiu with outstanding performance award.

This is contained in a statement issued by Head of Media Bature Dawakin Tofa in Kano on Monday.

The company presented the award on Sunday night at a befitting dinner organised to appreciate the Director General, Chairman and management staff of Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board.

In his address the managing director of the company Muhammad Abu Sultan said the award is a clear testimony of the Director General’s commitment in ensuring effecient service delivery to Kano pilgrims.

Abu Sultan who eulogised Alhaji Laminu Rabiu for his hard work and passion to duty appealed to him to sustain the tempo.

In his remarks the Director General of Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board Alhaji Laminu Rabiu expressed appreciation to
Hussam Al-maali catering company for the honour.

The Director General who commended the catering company for the good services, tasked them to improve so as to meet the expectations of the pilgrims.

The company has also presented a similar award to the Chairman of Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board Alhaji Yusuf Lawan, chairman of Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Commission Imam Bappari Umar Kem and his counterpart from Borno and Katsina.

The Director was accompanied by board members Malam Tijjani Shehu Maihula, Imam Sheikh Isma’il Mangu, Chief Imam of Hotoro Juma’a mosque Malam Hadi Ibrahim Satatima and chairperson of medical team Dr Rahila Mukhtar.

Others are members of the media team for 2023 Hajj, Local Government Centre officers and other staff of the Board.
