Eid- el-Fitr: :Gov Elect felicitates with Muslims Umma in Kano

Kano State Governor-elect, Malam Abba Kabir Yusuf has felicitated with Muslim Umah on the successful completion of Ramadan fasting.
This is contained in a statement issued on Friday in Kano by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor-elec, Sanusi Bature Dawakin-Tofa.
Yusuf call on Muslims umma to sustain the good vertures of Ramadan in their day to day activities.
He explained that lessons of compassion, generocity, descipline, patriotism and peaceful co-existence should be sustained by the citizens for a better society.
He also admonished good people of Kano to pray for Allah’s guidance for the leadership at all levels to ensure good democratic governance.
The incoming new Governor Elect assure the good people of Kano state of his resolved towards implementing people oriented policy and programmes that would meet the expectation of the governed irrespective of political party affiliations.
He urged citizens to remain patriotic, peace-loving while praying for tranquility and prosperity of Kano and Nigeria at large.
