The Kano State Hajj Delegation Committee for 2025, led by the Emir of Karaye, His Royal Highness Alhaji Muhammad Mahraz Karaye, has completed its interim report. The announcement was made at the Emir’s Palace in Karaye.
The interim report captures all Hajj-related activities since the Committee’s inauguration by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf in Makkah. The report will form a vital part of the comprehensive report to be submitted to the Governor.
The Emir of Karaye expressed his appreciation to the Governor for the trust and opportunity to serve in this capacity.
The Secretary of the Hajj Delegation Committee and Director General of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, noted that the interim report will be formally presented to the Governor ahead of the final comprehensive report.
The Board has already compiled its comprehensive report, which will soon be submitted to the Governor. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Alhaji Yusif Lawan, expressed gratitude to the Emir of Karaye for his dedication and cooperation, which contributed to the successful conclusion of the Committee’s work.
