Verification

The Special Committee on the Revival of Kwankwasiyya and Amana Cities has begun verifying occupancy at the Kwankwasiyya City housing estate, with plans to expand to Amana City.

This move follows a three-month ultimatum given to property owners to occupy their houses or risk revocation by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.

Led by Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, the committee has deployed survey officials to physically verify the houses and determine their completion and occupancy status.

This information will aid the government in enforcing the governor’s directives on property owners.

To enhance the livability of Kwankwasiyya and Amana Cities, the governor has renovated and equipped the governor’s lodge at Kwankwasiyya City with necessary infrastructure and amenities.

The state government aims to rapidly expand these cities with adequate development facilities, ensuring strict compliance with the original vision of Engineer Dr. Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso.

The government has invested in expanding the Kwankwasiyya City projects, focusing on sustainable development that aligns with global urbanization and long-term sustainability.

The Special Committee is committed to working diligently to ensure the proper utilization of these facilities.
