Senator Barau Sponsors Hundreds of Students for AI-Robotics Technology Abroad

Senator Barau Jibrin has sponsored hundreds of students for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Robotics Technology training in various countries. 

The first batch of 70 students will receive their admission letters this September in Kano.

According to Ismaila Mudasir, Special Media Adviser to Senator Barau, the educational program aims to promote academic excellence and stimulate Nigeria’s technological advancement.

The Barau Jibrin Foundation (BIJF) has secured admissions for deserving students from Kano State’s three senatorial districts to pursue postgraduate programs abroad, regardless of party affiliation.

The scholarship program focuses on artificial intelligence, robotics technology, cybersecurity, and forensic science, addressing the shortage of experts in these specialized fields.

Senator Barau’s initiative aims to contribute to the country’s technological growth and development.
