KANO STATE PILGRIMS BOARD SETS NEW DEADLINE FOR HAJJ PAYMENT COLLECTION

The Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board has announced a new deadline for the final collection and completion of Hajj payments for the 2026 Hajj exercise.
The Director General of the Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, disclosed this during a meeting with Local Government Hajj Officers and staff of the Board.
According to him, intending pilgrims from Kano State are advised to complete their Hajj payments and related documentation on or before December 14, 2025, in line with the directives of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
The Board warned that no payment or registration will be accepted after the new closing date, as arrangements for accommodation, transportation, and other welfare services in Saudi Arabia will commence immediately thereafter.
The Chairman, Board of Directors, Alhaji Yusif Lawan, urged intending pilgrims to visit their Local Government Hajj Centers or the Board’s Headquarters to confirm payment details and complete required forms before the deadline.
