The Kano State Ministry of Education is mourning the loss of Alhaji Alin Bukar Makoda, elder brother to Commissioner of Education, Dr. Ali Haruna Makoda. The Permanent Secretary, Alhaji Bashir Baffa Muhammed, led a delegation of directors to the funeral, which was conducted according to Islamic rites.
The Permanent Secretary described the late Alhaji Alin Bukar as a renowned scholar who devoted his life to serving humanity.
He extended heartfelt condolences to the family on behalf of the Ministry of Education and its parastatals.
The Ministry acknowledged the late’s significant contributions to nation-building and the propagation of Islamic education.
Alhaji Bashir Baffa prayed for the family’s strength during this difficult time and for the late’s soul to be granted Jannatul Firdausi.
Late Alhaji Alin Bukar Makoda is survived by many children and grandchildren, including Alhaji Alkasim Alin Bukar Makoda and Alhaji Marwan Alin Bukar Makoda.
The Ministry of Education prays for the family’s fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
