Kano State Government Distributes Chalk to Public Schools

The Kano State Government has distributed 120,000 cartons of chalk to public schools across the state to enhance teaching and learning.
This initiative is part of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s administration efforts to improve education quality.

Governor Yusuf launched the distribution of instructional materials worth billions of naira to public schools, including textbooks, exercise books, whiteboards, and school uniforms.
Dr. Makoda urged school heads to utilize the chalk judiciously to achieve desired goals.
The administration prioritizes education, aiming to overhaul the sector through effective policies.
Alhaji Yusuf Kabir, Chairman of the Kano State Universal Basic Education Board, commended the state government for safeguarding the education sector.
The Permanent Secretary of the Kano State Ministry of Education, Alhaji Bashir Baffa Muhammad, praised Governor Yusuf for revitalizing education through a robust recovery agenda.
