Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, a prominent APC leader in Sokoto State, hosted a Ramadan breakfast at his Gawon Nama residence, bringing together high-ranking state officials.
The guest list included Deputy Governor Idris Muhammad Gobir, Secretary to the State Government Muhammadu Bello Sifawa, and Chief of Staff Aminu Haliru Dikko, as well as members of the state executive council.
Senator Wamakko expressed his gratitude for the visit, describing it as a “great honour” and a sign of loyalty to the state Governor, Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto.
He encouraged the officials to continue working together to drive development projects in the state.
The event was well-attended by commissioners from various ministries, including Information, Religious Affairs, Agriculture, and Sports.
A special prayer was offered by Sheikh Ja’afar Abdullahi Kaura, seeking Allah’s continued blessings and mercies upon the state’s leadership.
