Kano, Gov. Abba Yusuf of Kano State has been honored with the prestigious “Pillar of Nation Building” award at the 2nd Nigeria’s Nation Builders Annual Award 2024.
The award ceremony, held on December 5 at the Army Resource Centre in Abuja, recognized Governor Yusuf’s outstanding contributions to nation-building.
The governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, stated that Governor Yusuf received the Certificate of Nation Builder Award and a commemorative plaque, solidifying his title as “Pillar of Nation Building.
” This award acknowledges Governor Yusuf’s exceptional achievements in advancing education, enhancing infrastructure, empowering communities, and fostering human capital development in Kano State.
