KANO, Alhaji Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso, All Progressive Congress (APC), in Kano State on Tuesday lauded Abubakar Kabir Bichi’s initiative for sponsoring 21 yourhs on a foreign scholarship.
The beneficiaries will pursue an 18-month program in Engineering, Computing Science, and Technology at Universiti Technologi Malaysia (UTM), equipping them to become professionals and contribute meaningfully to their community.
This gesture is not limited to education; Bichi has also provided capital for women and youth to start businesses and acquire skills.
Kwankwaso praised Bichi’s philanthropic efforts, emphasizing his dedication to empowering youths through quality education and skills acquisition.
He encouraged others to emulate Bichi’s example to create a better society and a greater Kano ¹.
