The Kano State Government, on Wednesday pledged to work in partnership with any organisation, that will make it achieve its goals on housing delivery.

The managing Director, Kano State Housing Corporation, Alh Abdullahi Rabi’u, made the assertion, at a meeting with the management of a developer, Questcom limited.
Rabi’u said the present administration has attached high priority on provision of shelter to the teaming populace.
He added that arrangement has reached advanced stage to construct affordable Houses at Madinawa village in kumbotso local government area, where about 22 Hectares of land already provided for the project.
Commenting shortly after watching a presentation made by the team leader of Questcom Limited and the MD noted with appreciation ,the integrity and confidence of the company toward partnering with Corporation, for housing development in the state.
Rabi’u, who insisted on quality and affordable Houses, urged the company to come forward for more discussion on how to make Kano a leading state in terms of housing development nation wide.
He lauded the company for indicating interest to partner with the state government through the corporation and assured them his maximum cooperation towards realising the desired objectives.
Earlier ,in his presentation, the team leader of the company Architect Yeshua Russel, told the managing director that they were at the corporation’s premises for a digital presentation on how the company operates,and possibility toward partnering with the state government.
Mr Yeshua, enumerates a lot of achievements recorded by the company, and attributed it to the company’s commitment and use of advanced technology.
Yeshua, said the company always ensures meeting global standard, and expressed hope that their partnership with the corporation would greatly help in addressing shortage of Houses, as well as achieve its mandate.
He assured the corporation that when a memorandum of understanding is signed with the company, the corporation would certainly enjoy good cordial working relationship.
