Gov.Yusuf mourns Bebeji LG Chairman, Sani Ranka

Kano Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has expressed grief over the death of Late Sani Kanti Ranka, Chairman of Bebeji local government Area.
Late Sani Kanti Ranka died on Friday night after a brief illness.
This was contained in a statement issued by Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Ibrahim Shuabu on Saturday in Kano.
Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo on behalf of the state Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf.
Gwarzo, who is the Commissioner for local government and Chieftaincy Affairs, described the death as “deeply painful and a huge loss, not only to his immediate family but the entire state and the nation in general.
He said late Sani Kanti was a peaceful man with wealth of experience in politics and service to the people.
The Governor Yusuf prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings and reward his good deeds with Aljannat Firdaus.”
He has since being buried according to Islamic rites.
