Gov. Yusuf urges Muslims faithful to remain steadfast

Kano , Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State has urged muslims faithful to remain steadfast and be supportive to each other during and after the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.
This is contained in a statement issued by his Acting Press Secretary Hisham Habib in Kano on Wednesday.
Yusuf congratulated Muslims faithful and calls for prayed for the save returns of pilgrims from the holy land.
He also stressed the desire of his administration to accord priority attention to health care, education, environment protection and agriculture.
He said the government will continue to emphasize on the welfare of the citizens
The Emir of Kano Alhaji Aminu Ado received Governor Abba at Gidan Shetima and urged Kano citizens to come out and be counted in the next census to maintain Kano s position as the most populous state.
