Kano, Gov.Abba Yusuf of Kano State has approved appointments and promotions aimed at strengthening governance and service delivery across key sectors.
This is contained in a statement issued by his Spokesperson Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa in Kano on Wednesday.
Bature said that the appointments include Abdulkadir Balarabe Kankarofi as Special Adviser on Humanitarian Affairs, Hajia Aisha Tamburawa as Special Adviser on Positive Propaganda, and Engr. Mukhtar Yusuf as Managing Director of the Water Resources Engineering and Construction Agency (WRECA).
Others appointed include Dr. Mukhtar Bello Maisudan as Executive Secretary, Kano State Scholarship Board, Abba Kankarofi as Managing Director, Kano Road and Maintenance Agency (KARMA), and Musayyib Kawu Ungoggo as Managing Director, Kano Zoological Garden.
Governor Yusuf charged the appointees to demonstrate dedication, transparency, and commitment to the people of Kano State, aligning with the Kano First Agenda objectives.(
