Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to sustainable development across all sectors.
The Governor made the remark while receiving multiple awards of excellence from various local and international organisations during the 33rd Executive Council Meeting in Kano.
The awards include the Award of Excellence from the Nigerian Public Service Secretariat, Anti-Corruption Crusade Award from the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), and Outstanding Performance Award from the Zamfara Community Residents in Kano.
Governor Yusuf expressed appreciation for the recognition and reiterated his government’s commitment to sustaining people-oriented projects and ensuring their timely completion.
He also received awards on climate change, sports development, and basic education, among others.
