Kano, The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has presented an Award of Excellence to the Director General of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, for his outstanding coordination and arrangements during the last Hajj exercise.
FAAN’s Regional General Manager, Alhaji Ahmad Danjuma, commended Danbappa’s exemplary leadership and organizational commitment, which ensured the smooth conduct of Hajj operations at the Kano Hajj Terminal.
The award is part of FAAN’s efforts to recognize institutions and individuals who have demonstrated excellence and dedication in their service delivery.
Danbappa appreciated FAAN for the honour and pledged to strengthen the partnership between the Board and the Authority.
The Chairman of the Board, Alhaji Yusif Lawan, thanked FAAN for the recognition, describing it as a motivation for the Board to improve its services to Kano State pilgrims.
