Gov. Yusuf Assigns Portfolios to New Commissioners

Kano , Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State has assigned new portfolios to seven newly appointed commissioners, urging them to serve with dedication, integrity, and humility.
The governor tasked the commissioners to foster team spirit and work synergistically to deliver expected results.
The new portfolios include:
Ministry of Investment, Commerce, and Trade*: Alhaji Shehu Wada Sagagi, former Chief of Staff.
“Ministry of Rural and Community Development*: AbdulKadir Abdulsalam, former Accountant General.
“Ministry of Information and Internal Affairs*: Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiye.
“Ministry of Power and Sustainable Energy*: Dr. Gaddafi Shehu Sani.
“Ministry of Environment*: Dr. Dahiru Hashim
“Ministry of Finance*: Dr. Ismail Aliyu DanMaraya.
“Ministry of Procurement and Project Monitoring*: Nura Iro Ma’aji
Additionally, 13 Special Advisers and 6 Permanent Secretaries took oath of office.
Governor Yusuf emphasized his commitment to fulfilling campaign promises and transforming citizens’ lives positively.
