Youths from the north, under the Youth Alliance for Northern Development, are set to celebrate Oluwaseyi Tinubu’s 40th birthday with a series of events in Kano.
Convener Hon. Seyi Olorunsola said activities include prayers, construction of billboards, distribution of educational materials to students, music, and dance, culminating in a dinner at Hilton Palace Banquet Hall on Friday.
Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development Hon. Abdullahi Yusuf Atah is expected to attend.
“The minister will inaugurate the educational materials distribution in honour of the president’s son,” Olorunsola said.
The group described Seyi Tinubu as a “youth icon” praised for his simplicity and philanthropy benefiting youths nationwide.
Olorunsola said the celebration isn’t because he’s President Bola Tinubu’s son but due to Seyi’s empowerment programmes and concern for youths.
“He’s an ambassador who represents youth and country well, inspiring many through his work and genuine concern for others,” Olorunsola added.
The group believes Seyi Tinubu has done impressively well at 40 and deserves celebration.
